Longman Lindsey is providing architectural and mechanical acoustical design and recommendations for almost 2 million SF of Extell’s Manhattan projects.
Our team establishes acoustical design criteria and reviews building elements such as slabs, partitions, and wall design and recommends materials and finishes to achieve acoustical separation and impact isolation as dictated by the project standards and NYC codes. We also review mechanical equipment and advise upon anticipated noise levels within the building and adjacent properties.
